With over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, and a disciplined background as an Air Force Security Police Officer and Captain, I focus on fostering a culture of authenticity, resilience, and inclusivity. My mission is to create exceptional brands that not only celebrate individual fandom but also build stronger, more connected communities where people can thrive together.

As the VP of Global Operations and Performance at EPA, I bring over 15 years of experience leading international eCommerce and marketing teams. I’ve empowered more than 12,400 small businesses to grow with Google and am one of only seven commissioned trainers to speak on Google’s behalf. My passion for transformative growth aligns with EPA’s mission of fostering authentic belonging and empowerment. As a proud Air Force Brat and mom of three boys, I’m excited to contribute my expertise to the EPA team and its inspiring vision.
